1. Data We Collect Tentra processes information on behalf of our customers for the purpose of campaign optimization and activation. Depending on the configuration and integrations in use, the following categories of data may be collected: Contact data (e.g., email address, phone number) Device or browser identifiers CRM records and engagement data Marketing campaign performance metrics Platform usage data (e.g., log files, support interactions) Tentra does not collect sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, government IDs, or biometric data.

4. Your Control Over Data Tentra acts as a data processor on behalf of our clients. Customers retain full ownership and control over the data they provide or ingest into the platform. You define what is collected, activated, stored, or deleted. You may: Configure data sources and integrations Control how audiences are segmented and activated Delete records or request export of customer data at any time We do not retain customer data longer than necessary for business or contractual purposes, and retention settings can be configured by the client.

5. Security Practices We implement robust security standards to ensure your data is safe at every layer: Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest Access Controls: Role-based access, audit logs, and MFA protection Infrastructure: Hosted on secure cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) with high availability Testing & Monitoring: Regular vulnerability scans, third-party penetration testing, and continuous security monitoring Data Minimization: We only store and process data necessary to deliver our services Our team is trained in data handling, and we review and update our security policies regularly.
